Heat Transfer Systems Company s.r.o. would like to be involved in the project "Educate for growth", which has been introduced by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of Czech Republic, and participates also to the Labour Office of Czech Republic. This project is implemented under the Operational Program of Human Resources and Employment, and cofinanced by the European Social Fund and state budget of the Czech Republic.

The basic vision of Heat Transfer Systems s.r.o. is to create long-term functional entity in the world market for heat exchangers to achieve and maintain high quality products and services with maximum customer satisfaction.

In order to fulfill our company's strategic priorities for long-term business concept, it is necessary to ensure the professional workforce, as the quality and suitability of selected employees determine the success or failure of the whole company. The project "Educate for growth", for that reason could help our company's vision.
